Jack Stiling specializes in hand-built, traditionally-themed ‘toys’, automata and inventive contraptions. His unique projects are made to challenge and stretch the viewers’ imagination and the artist’s skills, and consider what can be changed, evolved and responded to in the world around us, and how modern waste materials can be seen in a different light.
Jack Stiling is a graduate of University College Falmouth’s prestigious Contemporary Crafts degree. He now works from his studio in Bristol.
