Sans Robinson’s models and collages are inspired by artist studios, ancient barns, views from windows, the old doors of farm buildings, peeling paint, rusty gutters, old mine buildings, distant horizons and old Cornish gates. His truly unique pieces are intended as artistic portals, as three-dimensional paintings that invite you to enter a mysterious and fantastical space.
Sans studied Fine Art and Textile Design at Camberwell School of Art. He then worked with Jim Henson Creative workshops in London, and also for Paramount Pictures making scenes for the film 'The lion, the witch and the wardrobe". He now lives and works in Cornwall.
